Bottom Line: Learn how to read the labels and the ‘clever wording’ they use to get around things and deceive people.

This vet is not worth your intelligence.. she is just loyally regurgitating the words of the corporations that financially support veterinary schools and her overpriced clinic.. and MAKE veterinarians sell their carbohydrate chicken byproduct meal ( slaughterhouse sludge) cat foods in their clinics… using copper sulfate ( poison ) as the copper source… read the ingredients. MUCH SHAME for those who only pretend to care about your pets and are just in it for the BIG MONEY. Sadly if a veterinarian was to go out on their own and decide to sell actually nutritious and beneficial food for your cat in their clinics, such as an obligate carnivore protein rich food or God forbid professionally prepared RAW FOOD in their clinics… they would probably lose their license to operate… the veterinary industry has become a large mega corporation with many locally owned clinics being bought up by entities where profit matters more than your beloved pets health… with their ideology being… you can’t make any profit from treating healthy pets..

3 things I learned about cats digestion.
1)They eat grass specifically to induce vomiting.
2)Their body does not make enzymes needed to break down fruits, veggies, or grains.
3)Years of eating wheat eventually leads to Renal Failure. Also cereal in general is not recommended.

She said she doesn’t know. Just ask yourself, would a tiger or lion ever eat that?

I feed a grain free diet of Weruva and Purina-One, both wet foods.
My cat is Stage 2 CKD.
