One of my cats is too scared another one who is usually lazy loves it, cant wait to play with it. He goes crazy. It is too noisy and breaks down easily but overall worth it

When I pressed the power button, it didn’t turn on. It just flashes red when I charged it. Does it need to be fully charged to turn on?

My cats were amused by it but only from afar. It’s really loud (the gears and miter spinning inside the ball making it move are very loud) and one of the functions it clicks really loudly and kind of jumps for a few seconds at random. It scares my cats everytime it does it and they run to another room. It is a powerful fast ball so when it hits the wall it’s like throwing a tennis ball at the wall sound wise. I wound up removing the silicone and taking it apart to add a lubicerant to the gears to help with the noise. It didn’t help. The gears were well greased already. I’ve bought 2 of them just incase and the second was the exact same. I believe a dog would love this but don’t turn it on unless you want things getting knocked over by it chasing the ball.
