Before you make lots of comments – I train my dog daily and I have a private dog trainer. Amos is a high energy dog who struggles to calm and we do A LOT OF MENTAL ENRICHMENT + PHYSICAL EXERCISE
Not trying to be negative but I think that if we do this we are just teaching them dogs that it is ok to destroy things….
I used to have a dog that loved doing this. We had gone to a vacation and left her with our cousin to take care of her. He apparently had taught her how to jump on things and then she was doing that at home…
She was always destroying the trash bags and would always attack our Senior dog. The situation got so bad that she was slowly killing our other dog so we had to give her away to a more experienced person 😢I miss her but it was for the best of us.
Uhh no! Our Pom eats paper. Well anytime he can get a hold of anything paperlike (such as that carton) the treat wouldn’t be the food, it would be the carton and we would have a mess to clean up.
Not trying to hate, but then what they destroy everything cause they would think there would be treats in it and plus she’s rewarding him for chewing something then he’ll think chewing is OK. That’s just my opinion though.
My two dogs will eat the cardboard😂😂
Love that sweet old man! He was waiting for his game/snack.
No onw noticed in alomost eveeybiseo qith her dog at thw beginning her dogs has a b*ner
he’ll just chew the carton right away
Your teaching them to destroy stuff
Isnt this teaching the dog its okay to tear stuff up?
DONT do this it’s teaching ur dog to destroy stuff to get rewards like @Ellen E. Brock said
I don’t like it because then you would kind of teach him to rip stuff up then he might rip furniture up
No cuz my stupid ass dog will eat the box as well 😭

Cute but didn’t work very good w/ a tiny Chihuahua that’s fully grown do you people never research anything?
What are the chemicals used to hold the TP rolls and egg carton fibers together ?!? 🤔
Cute 🥰
Nah I can js give my dog a box with nothing in it and he’s happy. I don’t even worry about him eating it bc he js throws the bits aside
I just got flashed 💀

Bestest Amos ever ❤️🐾❤️
I am so going to do this! My girl loves to rip up a box. I have taught her to NOT eat the papers or cardboard etc.
Yeah dog is a dog
You are teaching your dog to destroy something to get fed… hmm…🧐
I don’t think the toilet rolls provided much there.
I love how you presented the topic.
About 5 seconds of enrichment, just saying…..
