I adopted a cat from a local rescue group a few yrs ago. She was a young cat but fully grown. I believe they may have sedated her because at first she was fine but after a couple of days she became very aggressive and attacked my mum on the leg, so I had to take her instead. It took a long time , but I was able to get her to nearly normal . I believe she had been abused but they weren’t really honest with us. But the other sad part is, I also believe she probably was treated with one of these chemical flea products. For a few weeks she was flea free. But then suddenly she was literally covered in fleas. She was kept inside, separate from my other cats, and had her cage at night. The other cats would go out during the day, and come in at night. I never saw a flea on them , but she was crawling with them. I gave her some homoeopathic treatment and a lot fleas literally fell off. I counted at least 50. I would bath her and there were so many dead fleas in the soap it was horrible. She would be clean and happy for 1 or 2 weeks and then infested again. This went on and on. I had her for a few yrs, but it was a constant battle. She became quite affectionate and appreciated being loved. But then she started getting sick. Weak, lethargic, ravenously hungry, then no appetite. I believe from her symptoms she had liver damage. Poor kitty was poisoned and didn’t really stand a chance. She just died suddenly in her bed one night. I really hate all these veterinary drugs and chemicals. This is not the only instance I have seen. And my neighbour with his toxic farm chemicals has done a lot of harm to me and my animals. We must avoid them when we can , but the toxic stuff is all around us, and sometimes impossible to escape. Sometimes the ill effects can be overcome, but sadly not always.

In the introduction Spinosad is mentioned.

Spinosad is "natural" too. It’s the secretion from a bacteria isolated from the soil.

Is the message here that this guy is saying Spinosad has the same issues?

Awesome video. I lost a two year old dog to neurological problems and seizures that developed suddenly. I was using Advantix at the time. I wonder if that is what causes his illness. It broke my heart into a million pieces.

I raise my yorkie on a 100% homeopathic diet & rarely give him any meds for anything since he typically remains healthy. His daily diet consists of boiled chicken breast boiled with few cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp white rice, carrots, peas, green beans & ground turkey. He’s been on this diet since 8 wks old. He’s going on 18yrs & still acts like a puppy. Unfortunately, we live in Fl & he got fleas from another dog . I got simparica from the vet- 1x & within a few days he started having seizures. Fortunately, he seems to have recovered & doesnt act any differently. But I will never do that again! What a mistake!

My 12 year old, little Shih Tzu is very sick. My husband gave her Simparica trio on May 12th. She messed in the house on 2 different occasions. She seemed to have a urinary infection, she would just stand acting confused when I would take her out to potty. I cleared up what I thought was a urinary problem by giving some fermented dairy. Sometimes she is eating, but mostly not. She has been having a dry cough now. I use a drop of oregano in castor oil, rubbed in her ears. I gave her CBD, a drop of cough suppressant in a 1/4 teaspoon of honey. I have the vaporizer on her and she is resting at the moment. Then I sat down to watch YouTube and I saw this podcast. What else can I do for her? Maybe a hydrating bag? Thank you so much for your YouTube channel.

Nexgard almost killed my dog. We thought it was a food or environmental allergy that was making his ears, face and paws swell up. The vet simply wanted us to come running in for expensive shots and tests. We spent thousands of dollars on vet bills till one day he was having a terrible reaction, the vet asked me if he had been given his Nexgard, they wanted to know if it was fleas or mites causing his paws to swell up and lose their hair, and then it hit me like a ton of bricks. Every dangerous allergic reaction was a day or two after he had taken Nexgard. I stopped the treatment and within two months his skin was perfectly healthy and it was a year an half with no vet visits.
Now I’m giving him flea shampoos with many of the ingredients mentioned here. It’s far more work dealing with fleas and ticks, but zero work and expense dealing with the much more expensive adverse reactions. Nexgard is like Russian Nerve Agent for bugs.

My dog came from South Texas and arrived with heart worm. My vet treated her and advised she might not survive another heart worm infection. She put her on SIMPERICA and I feel stuck and worried about the drug.

  23. @MrImog65 on June 13, 2025 at 1:46 pm

Oh my God and I just gave my dogs both a flea pill today because the vet kept saying that might be why they’re scratching so bad and it could help them and they hadn’t had one in a long time now I feel horrible๐Ÿ˜ข

  24. @camcam2457 on June 13, 2025 at 1:47 pm

I just put diatomaceous earth on my dogs fur. Super easy to apply. You just put it along his back and his feet and his legs and his tail and you work the powder in with his hands. The fleas go through it and they dry up and die. Itโ€™s cheap and itโ€™s easy and itโ€™s safe for the dogs. You can get it on your skin and it wonโ€™t harm you. Thank you for the tip about doing this and I no longer have to take a chance using that harsh chemical on my dog that is extremely expensive.

Just a suggestion for others to try. Homemade dog food with the base of quinoa! I add veggies, chicken and other items at times like fish oil. My dog turning 15 has not needed flea treatment in nearly two years! His coat is amazing, so silky soft and his adorable squared off ears cascade in hair like a Papillon for the first time in his life! I use organic ingredients as much as possible. He can run like the wind and is so healthy!

Hi, I was considering using a collar, my dogs and cats have suddenly been attacked by fleas which is strange as the cats are home cats but the dog walks daily – I saw an advert on FB saying that you support Sakertool collar is that true? Can you confirm I would like to try, I already spray home with lav & tea tree diluted solution and my pets, but refuse to use toxic spot-ons etc Thanks…

  28. @ILGuy2012 on June 13, 2025 at 1:53 pm

Are any of these meds used for cats, too? I had to take my cat to the vet for a blocked urethra. The cat had fleas, so they gave him a med for that and told me it was effective for 3 months, I think. I didn’t continue giving the med later on. However, 2 years later, the cat lost a lot of weight and is skin and bones now. I don’t know how he’s surviving, but he doesn’t seem to be in pain and is still active. My other cats are doing fine, so I’m thinking the flea med might have messed something up with his digestion. I’m done with taking him to the vet.

After scan vet told me my cat has enlarged heart and fluids in the chest. My legs numbed.Followed day appointment was take sample of fluids. But showed no fluids and his heart are normal. Are these natural alternatives safe for cats?

  32. @enna-liz on June 13, 2025 at 1:57 pm

I never used to use any of the commercial flea and tick products on my dogs, until a couple of years ago. We live in the country, and our "back yard" is the great outdoors. No simple "spray it in the backyard" applies here. Forest, lots of ticks, mostly in the rainy season, and we got tired of our long haired dogs covered in ticks and the resulting scarring. I only give it to them twice a year, in the winter. Though they say every month, every two months works fine. And I stop giving it to them when it warms up. My dogs are Australian Shepherds, and the hairy factor makes it extra difficult to control. Guess I’ll go back to basics though, as I make my own dog food and use all natural products with them otherwise. Except I do give them heartworm, as once I had a dog that got it, and believe that in this case the preventative is much less toxic than the cure. Thank you so much for teaching us and giving us this information! So hard to get it from regular vets, who are such guilt trippers if they think you’re not constantly poisoning your pets, like fleas and ticks are the worst thing ever!

I gave my dog Simparica last week for the first time and over an 8 hour period she had episodes of involuntary jerky movements. She was ok the next day and seems fine, but I won’t be giving it to her again

I have been following you for around a week now as I decided to go natural for my dogs. I made the flea and tick shampoo the other day and bathed all three small dogs using it, their coats came up lovely. I am now going to make the spray and I have started to give my dogs, on their food, wormwood. I have also ordered Brewers yeast. Your advice and how to make these products are a God send, thank you so much.

Is there any numbers on deaths taking Sentinal Spectrum??? My dog had liver cancer. She had been on Sentinal her entire life. 10 years. Never missed 1 month. I had not felt right about giving her those pills for a long time. Maybe nothing to do with these pills because she was 10, but I now have to wonder.

How do these vets live with themselves?? Its just impossible to believe that they don’t know what’s going on with these chemical flea treatments. ( And the vaccines and other drugs )It’s happening all over the world. It’s like the emperor’s new clothes. Nobody’s brave enough to stand up and state the bleeding obvious. Plus once they admit the truth it opens the flood gates for professional liability. Such cowards. It looks like the whole vet industry has become a ponsi scheme that prescribes toxic drugs that cause terrible diseases and life threatening side effects that in turn they charge you enormous amounts of money to attempt to treat. With expensive tests and scans and more drugs. All to no avail. Oh, hang on a minute. Does this sound familiar? Of course !! This is the the business model that Big Pharma has imposed on the human medical industry. This is so bad. I haven’t been to a doctor or a vet in decades. And I wasn’t really quite aware of how deep the rot had set in. Even though I’ve done my best to treat and protect myself and my animals from all of this, with herbs and diet and homeopathy, it’s the insidious farm chemicals that have wormed there way into our lives and done us harm. It really is evil. Only when Jesus returns will this mess be cleaned up. God’s creation has been broken, corrupted, poisoned and disrespected by these people. All in the name of " medicine". Shame on them all for their lies and destruction. It is now literally so bad that they are killing our pets in the name of veterinary science and pretending to know nothing about it it. What wicked fools , !!!
