NEVER Take Another Probiotic Supplement Until Your Watch This #shorts

Dr. Janine explains why you should NEVER take another probiotic supplement until you watch this. She talks about looking for a probiotic designed for the human microflora. She prefers Lactobacillus Acidophilus, which helps improve small intestinal health where most of your food digestion happens. She recommends looking for a probiotic that contains Bifidobacterium bifidum. Lastly, Dr. Janine suggests getting a probiotic containing prebiotics, made without fillers or flow agents, especially magnesium stearate.

How do you feel about Lactobacillus Reuteri? I’m seeing amazing health results from this. Natural and missing in our gut since our youth.
Why are more doctors not fighting for tap water that does not kill off or weaken our defenses? AutoImmune Disease is on the rise.

Good day, I checked out the Vita Tree PRB probiotics, and they only have 2 strains. I remember listening to another video of yours and seeing "Bifido Bacterium", but it’s not in this product. Can you clarify please? I’m looking for probiotics to help remove microplastics, and that’s what that video was about. Thank you in advance and kudos for the great informative videos.

I have a supplement called magnesium complex which has magnesium stearate in it. I’m about to start a raw probiotic/prebiotic. Should I stop taking the magnesium?

The probiotics that I was taking was giving me to much lactobacillus causing me to get UTI’s! I felt so off, tired, bloated and I kept having to go to the bathroom. I had no idea what was going on, but my doctor suspected a UTI. My urine culture tests kept coming back greater than 100,000 co/ml for lactobacillus species. The antibiotics weren’t working until my doctor called me to ask if I was taking probiotics and told me to stop taking them.

Most probiotics supplements are probably a waste of your money if you’re not getting the basics right: eating a high fiber diet (>30 grams of fiber per day), eating lots of fermented foods and getting probiotics from yoghurt and kefir into your microbiome into a daily basis. If you’re already doing that, it probably can’t hurt to introduce some new species into your microbiome if you buy some probiotics supplement from a high quality brand, but most people don’t do these things so then it’s pointless to take a probiotic. It’s like introducing one new species into a natural habitat where most other species have died off.

Me: What about my other animal digestive tract? 😅

  20. @tradefutureusa6110 on December 17, 2024 at 4:47 pm

at least tell us to check if it’s microencapsulated or Enteric-coated Or maybe we should check if the the strains are acid-resistant, to ensure they get to their destination without being destroyed by stomach acid.

And also, Some brands don’t explicitly state if their probiotics supplement comes with a Prebiotic, instead they just put the Prebiotics information on the list of "other ingredients", so we should be looking for ingredients like fructooligosaccharides (FOS) or Galactosaccharides (GOS) or polydextrose and so on, which names of Prebiotics used in probiotic supplements. Some people will not buy the brand if it does not explicitly states "comes with Prebiotics".

  21. @KidsWithGuns1992 on December 17, 2024 at 4:47 pm

No, don’t take probiotics unless you know you need them. Test your GI MAP and introducing probiotics should be done slowly. It also should be done selectively, as introducing one bacteria strain may have a bad reaction if you haven’t got the other appropriate bacteria strain to aid with digestion.

Aimlessly taking probiotics isn’t a good idea as it can mess up your gut health

  29. @Steven-u5w on December 17, 2024 at 4:54 pm

I’m picking up from this. That’s the ingredients which are good for the good bacteria. Your microbio is a good thing to go for, but in the probiotics it’s how it’s been packaged fillers and and preservatives and what other ingredients are they packed in there which affects your absorption of nutrients, vitamins and minerals and also how these affect the good bacteria. Some may help the bacteria thrive and some might actually do the opposite and same with the bad bacteria. You don’t want too much bad bacteria. I think I’m right. Am I right on this? It’s snowing all the good ingredients for your good bacteria, what to look for and also to avoid a lot of additives and preservatives and fillers what they use because they could be dangerous for the good bacteria. God bless
