WHEN EVERYTHING WAS CHEAP😂
I don’t think peas are good for dogs or corn! I cook for my two and sometimes they eat better than I do. I use my crock pot and cook whole chickens all night.
I will not give my dog peas or tuna.
The big ? is how much chemicals, preservatives, fertilizers, pesticides and other bad junk is in that stuff. How much does the cost go up if you use organic, free range and all that kind of stuff?
2025 now. i actually cannot believe all that was 10 bucks. flabbergasted
Is this ok for 7 wk puppies
you did good some things you made make me hungry too
-chicken gizzards and hearts
-eggs
-pea and carrots
– chicken livers
-ground Turkey
– no salt added sardines
-red kidney beans
-chicken broth
-oatmeal
-tuna
And to think that just a dozen of eggs are $10 today !!!
What kind of strange food is this? A dog is given cooked meat and internal. Some dogs can’t tolerate raw meat, so they give the dog cooked meat.
HAHAHAH. That’s about 2-3 meals for my dog
can you use mixed veges frozen instead?
I finally did it! I been wanting to stop pet fresh and make my buddy his food i did it thank to ur easy recipe and he loves it!
Made this for my Ziggy who doesn’t like other food. Loves it. Actually eats it all! Didn’t have everything, but basically it was yours. I had some liver in the fridge, so added it with the chicken livers and hearts.
Let’s talk about how cheap your groceries are… You spent $10 on all of that.. where I’m from that’s a easy $40
A little salt during high tempratures is ok.
Have to be careful with store bought broth because most of them contain garlic and onions-both are very harmful for dogs. If I don’t make my own I can get some from the pet food store cause those don’t contain onions or garlic. 😅
also when making on stove would you recommend cooking the meat separate?
Wow 6 eggs for 45 cents?! So surreal that only 5 years after this was made & that same half dozen would cost around $4..as eggs are now around $6-8 for a dozen…sometimes more.
It’s absolutely surreal how astronomical prices have shot up in a short time. I miss 5 years ago 😔😒
After making up my dog’s food last night I had a bowl myself for dinner.
The fact you actually ate that weather it was dog food or not is diabolical
I added a little tumeric i hope that is ok? and eggshells for calcium
I appreciate you guys making this video helping out other people. So thank y’all.
That was 5 years ago
2.5X that price nowadays. Thank you government
Watching this in 2025, five years after and this demonstrates the difference of a bad four years on our “cost to live” and how much more this will cost today! Around $25. The turkey is $6. now…
That particlular brand of broth has onion juice. I haven’t found a broth from the grocery store without it yet.
I don’t know where you’re shopping, but I need to find that store. There’s no way I pay those prices. You can times it by 10 where I live.
I use this recipe all the time my dogs never get tired of it whenever i feed it to them I add two tablespoons of hot white rice to it❤
Idk what state you get your food in but definitely more expensive in Nevada
Wow, so cheap five years ago!
6 eggs for 45 cents…… take me back….
Great for filling a kong. And use it to crate train.
2025 cost $50 now
2025…guaranteed not a $10 recipe now sadly.
From the looks of Prince, I’d say he likes ANYONE’S food.
Welp update… it cost $25 now😂
Prince’s tail wagging is the cutest thing ever!!😀
it is important to add in calcium as well, so it keeps a balance between phosphorus and calcium. I always add in 4 tablets of calcium for my dog per week for her home cooked food. White meat 30%, red meat 20%, 10% fish then 10% organs, 20% vegetables and 10% carbohydrates. Also add in kelp powder for iodine since it is rare for food to have iodine.
Sadly here in France those ingredients would cost the equivalent of $35/40
That egg price blew my mind. I missed the next minute of the video trying to process that and had to rewind.
That will cost 30.00 in 2025
Ty for the information Jesus loves you and he is Lord and Savior I’m out peace ✌️
I just made my first ever batch for my fur babies and I’d say that they seemed to enjoy it.
Do this again in now-a-day prices.
How hot should i put it on the stove ?
great recipe! i will try this. thank you so much for this video.
Thank you I’m just starting out and you gave me some good ideas for getting them to eat it
My guy I was so scared my husky wouldn’t eat this … because of the sardines. However I knew that was important for omega 3 so I went with it. I’m glad I did this she loves it and even my little dog loves it’s a big hit. I added eggshells for calcium and some tumeric
Thank you i am less afraid to make my buddys food im going to do this hope he feels healthier he hasn’t been feeling well allergies or yeast itchy all the time
