Kittens too?
One of my cats, Molly Moo, has only ever eaten dry food since I got her as a kitten. She will not touch any wet food. No chicken, tuna, etc. She’s 5 years old now and will not touch any wet food or any meat.
Dry food = fat cat
Feed your cat real meat
I never understood that dry crap. I got my cat, and immediately bought her wet food. … a whole free bag of food from the shelter, never used it.

My older boy will NOT eat wet food. The most he’s ever done is lick the gravy if there is some, but he will not eat it – and I’ve tried every kind on the market – meat shreds, pate, chunks, etc… every brand. I’ve gone 48 hours putting down only wet food, no dry – and he WILL NOT eat it. I’m sorry, I’m not torturing and starving my sweet boy. My little guy will eat anything put in front of him, but my older boy will not eat wet food. He’s active, healthy, and normal weight – so for him, it’s dry only.
Doesn’t wet cat food ruin their teeth?

We have fed wet food(with some water mixed in it) in mornings when cats hungry. Then some kibbles way later. But good idea about letting food bowl be empty off and on during day. Thks Jackson!! 👏👏👏
2 of my cats won’t eat wet food. They just drink the liquid. I leave it out for them but they never eat it.
My boys get one meal of wet/canned food and one meal of raw food. As for crunchies I used now as treats. Just a couple here and there and being the dental kibble, they are bigger and help with their teeth as well.
My cats get both, but because my older gal is a chunky monkey, the vet said to stop feeding them dry food completely. The problem is, I give them Fortiflora which helps my older one poop easier because it softens her stools. It also helped build up my one year old’s immune system and she no longer sneezes like she did as a kitten. They only eat it if I sprinkle it on their dry food but not their wet food. I can’t win.🤦♀️

My cat will not touch wet food. Not at all. I’ve tried doing what he says but she looks at me like im stupid. No wet treats either. She will not touch it. Only kibble and dry treats. And only chicken or turkey flavored. She wont eat fish flavored stuff. I feed her only premium grain free kibble. She loves Nulo indoor catfood and the Nulo treats. I think its a good healthy kibble that is high in meat based protein and low on carbs. My vet agrees that its a good choice and she is quite healthy and happy.
I have 5 cats. Healthy wet food is expensive.
The majority of cats from shelters are fed dry because it’s what the shelter can afford and goes further. I feed mine a bit of both. He’s liking Tyki Cat right now.
I have to go with wet because my orange boys get blocked with dry. Blocked means thousands of dollars of vet bills, or death.
I thought you were just taking the english subtitles from the japanese audio and pasting it into scripts for the va’s to read (aside from boring stuff like the star wars additions) but at that tennis court moment you said ‘I fixed the writing so much here’.
I realized the writing would’ve sounded so unnatural and clunky if you just took from the poorly translated sub but you tweaked it to actually make it the best viewing experience, along with the delivery of the va’s bringing life to the characters.
I’m having a better time with sakura trick since ((newsflash)) I don’t know japanese so some references are lost through the language barrier.

Never met a cat who would rather eat dry than wet food
What are you suppose to do when you’re cat is on special diet and they don’t make canned food for it or your cat doesn’t like canned food?
My kitties get both. Kibble is especially good for night time when they get hungry. They don’t need to eat dried up wet food but can munch on some kibble. They’re healthy, slim and happy

Took me 6 months to transfer my cat to raw from wet! Was definitely worth it. She’s been Raw for Three Years Now ❤
My cats like both, in fact two of them I think prefer dry food, but they do get both.
How are we supposed to afford wet food all the time? it’s 10 times more expensive

Mine get both as my kibble is loaded with digestive enzymes. 😊❤
However, I agree, most kibble is not made with digestive enzymes, is hard on kitties digestion, and can constipate really bad. One solution is to have glasses of water everywhere. Once I started that in addition to a fountain, they always drink enough now. I also treat water with trace mineral nutrition.

Love ya Jackson but I disagree. Every cat is an individual and therefore some will suit better to wet food but some will suit better to dry food. My vet said the idea that giving your cat wet food is better because it’s more hydrating is a complete myth because cats will drink as much water as they need to. I’ve also been told to only put my cat on dry food, so I have dry food in a timed dispenser and she loves it
I’m going to try to transition to making my own homemade cat food because my cat refuses to eat anything from a can. I’ve had him since birth, and he has not once eaten a bite of canned food. He tries to bury it like it’s poop, it’s so weird.
Make sure the kitty gets a little crunch. The crunchy feed helps their teeth. But adding water to wet food is a great way to hydrate your kitties.
My female cat doesn’t want to know anything about wet food, I try several brands and throw money at the window. she will lick the paté 2 or 3x to then let it dry and not touch it again, what do i do…..

What about when he needs to be on a special diet? My boy has kidney issues and all I can do is the dry food, I cannot afford the wet food at $4.79 a can 😮
The problem with my cat is she was diagnosed with hyper thyroidism, she’s on medication now, but she’s so skinny. I can feel her cheekbones and her hip bones.
She needs to gain weight
So I don’t know how to help her gain weight without letting her eat throughout the day many many times and I can’t afford wet food cans, 4-5 times a day

It’ s very hard to push that through with all my cats. I have three and I have no problems regardimg that with my oldest and youngest. But this middle one is really difficullt and wants only dry food. I tried everything to wean her off bit nothing helped
Unfortunately 1 of my cats has been prescribed ZD food. The soft ZD consistency is AWFUL. The dry ZD is making my cat gain too much weight😢 I’ve tried adding water to the soft and even warming it up but it still sucks.
Costco now carries nutritional treats, I substitute the dry with a few of these "crunchies" instead of dry food. He also enjoys 3shrimp in morning, and a nutritional portion of wet brand in afternoon with bone broth.
My kitty just gets a little bit of quality dry food with his meals because when I very gradually stopped feeding it to him he started to get loose poops. Now he gets a tiny sprinkle on each meal and his poops are great. I use it also for training but I try to really limit his intake because I know wet food is most ideal
My kitten seems to hate the dry food and I was told to give him both dry and wet
My girl was fostered as a kitten and she always preferred dry, when I adopted her at 12 wks she already had her preference she’s super picky she’ll eat a little wet but mostly dry. I do give high quality prescription dry food. Also I work 12 hour shifts so its hard to do only wet 🤷♀️
