Ok so sons cats have been scratching over a year or more, shown him this, and another video where you bath your cats, he says he cant as they’re not cats that you can bath, he hasn’t made this, hasn’t bothered combing them, or anything except in past used the crap at the vets which , you guessed it, doesn’t work! Ive noticed the favourite cat has aged quick (aged 6) and doesn’t look as lively or well, which i think the ticks/fleas are sucking the goodness out of their blood) and he never gives them a vitamin or tonic! Or different food as most of them wont have fish or milk. The dry cat food they like and is wheat free. I just feel its cruel and he says he loves them! Oh, and i cant often go where they’ve been either. I think its wonderful what you’re teaching here by the way. So refreshing.

Could I use regular white distilled vinegar instead of apple cider vinegar??? Could I use dry thyme? Could I add neem oil? If yes, how much?

    Thank you Dr Jones.
With my cats I will make this – but I will put it on my hands or a brush and comb it in as they hate the sound of a spray bottle.
One of my cats got a huge burn from Advantage spot on – her hair all came off, she was completely burnt to the skin, even the first layer of skin came off, she hid as she was in so much pain and probably scared. It was horrific.
I kept using a different companies spot on for the other cat as she gets so many fleas and is allergic. But I felt so bad. And with the other one I used the odd tablet for fleas. I tried making my own flea repellant, but it didn’t seem to work.

The cat I was using them on now has ear mites, and I am sure it is because her immune system is low from the spot on treatments. I will no longer use any spot ons.
I am now using the 7 days on 7 days off 7 days on ear drops you suggested with Castor oil, Aloe and Neem oil. I will let you know how this goes.

I will also try this flea spray treatment now too.

Thank you so much for your support!

    I have a questions:

If I am just using the curcuma/turmeric powder I have at home and not a tablet for my CAT, how much would I use?
My cat is about 4kg. She has had ear mites, which I am doing ear drops remedy you mentioned for. I’ve done 7 days on and now 7 days off…. heading for another 7 days on in 2 days.
But her skin is raw red from the mites / mange.
Sometimes her skin has a little blood it is so raw. – I cannot make a neck collar as her neck is raw red.
    It is breaking my heart.
Please help – all and any advice is much appreciated.
    Thank you

I’m afraid to use the ACV because it actually attracts gnats. I actually use it to catch them and get rid of them at the end of every summer.

I use Avon Original Skin So Soft, about 2T to 8oz spray bottle, shake vigorously and spay on pet down to the skin. Kills adults and eggs. Lasts several days. I spray a little on my hands and rub on the face making sure to avoid the eyes. It’s affective for fleas and mosquitoes. They hate the smell. Not saying it’s better than Dr Jones recipe or any of the others shared, it just works best for my pup. We also use it on ourselves outside to keep the skeeters away.
