Dude I just moved away from vision enclosures because I was tired of the limited heating options & wasn’t really a fan of using a ceramic bracket & cage inside…. I’m looking into a 4x2x2 double stack for ball pythons…. Does anyone else here use these for BPs

  2. @cudaexotics on December 17, 2024 at 4:28 pm

I got the same enclosure for $179 at pet smart lol.

  3. @JCHIZ03 on December 17, 2024 at 4:30 pm

Do you have a suggestion for a Canadian enclosure? Great deal but want to avoid paying duty

Oooooooo this was the enclosure you talked about briefly on your live!!!

  6. @rdlboston on December 17, 2024 at 4:34 pm

These enclosures are gold. I actually connected two 4x2x2 side by side with little modification. I made holes where the air vents are on the side to connect. I’m pretty sure you can do it with the bigger size too.

  7. @ChantalsCritters on December 17, 2024 at 4:37 pm

Great video as always. Did you say something about Tarantulas?

  8. @edmundmaharaj9289 on December 17, 2024 at 4:38 pm

Hii I have request/question! will you ever make another Crested Gecko video? Im looking to buy one and I was hoping you could make another video about them 🙂

  9. @kirillukin2222 on December 17, 2024 at 4:38 pm

They sell it for like 1 k dollars in my country lol

  10. @AtomicGirlPow on December 17, 2024 at 4:38 pm

I have been missing a good enclosure guide! Would you use the same set up for terrestrial geckos or skinks???

  11. @Squiggy519 on December 17, 2024 at 4:38 pm

I just got a used terrarium a couple days ago, and I was wondering what would be the best stuff to use towards mites (I don’t know if it does but just in the case it does)?

  12. @barbaralawrence7284 on December 17, 2024 at 4:39 pm

Your baby is adorable! You have created an amazing environment for him to grow up in learning about all your beautiful animals. He is a very lucky little guy.

  13. @CandysCritters on December 17, 2024 at 4:40 pm

Cribos are so amazing. When I win the lotto, it will be a building full of Texas natives for me (including an indigo of course), to use for education.

  14. @6JAM4 on December 17, 2024 at 4:43 pm

It looks like shit! Pay 250 bucks to have to assemble it on your own? No thanks…. Is that how bad companies are cutting on labor costs…. How about you support a local reptile enclosure builder….?

  15. @carlyhillmann2198 on December 17, 2024 at 4:48 pm

I just got it for 149

How much does the non-see though substrate lip hurt the viewing experience?

  18. @chaliceflame1314 on December 17, 2024 at 4:54 pm

I guess people listened to this. The forty gal. size is all sold out.

  19. @muurrarium9460 on December 17, 2024 at 4:56 pm

Silicone generally does not adhere to plastic well, what is your secret?
(That is why we still build most of our enclosures with glass / and of course because plastic contains al kinds of nasty chemicals that may/may not leach into the animal. Esp when you keep dart frogs etc.)

  20. @bewood9637 on December 17, 2024 at 4:56 pm

Wait is that a five foot… I have 2 4x2x2 but grey and the top is different.. the stackers aren’t great… my Kingsnake escaped twice from it.. the doors with that lock left just enough room for it to get out… they are beautiful and quality built for the money yes but the snake has to have a little size those vents too.. stand look all that is great… better stackers add something (matching) to cover screen on top..

I’ve been looking at this one for my son’s bearded dragon he is working toward earning (he has a few months before he earns the tank itself), but since the listing on Chewy isn’t forthcoming for my two questions, maybe someone who has bought this can answer them! Does it come completely disassembled, therefore needing assembly (i.e. flat panes of particle board/glass to put together)? Also, does it come with the cabinet or not? Either way is fine, I have a spot for it if it does not come with a cabinet, but coming with a cabinet would help out, too. Like I said, I cannot find this information on Chewy and there are likely some terms I’m misusing or do not know 🙂 Thanks!

  24. @AdamDguitars on December 17, 2024 at 5:00 pm

Do they make this in a 6 footer?

  25. @Gatormandan_NBB on December 17, 2024 at 5:01 pm

New age pets… I bought one from them in the past. And it never shipped. So I won’t buy from them. Also reptile habitat from Dubai is just as cheap and I’ll actually get what I ordered

  26. @brentdewey3980 on December 17, 2024 at 5:02 pm

I have 2 of these. They’re extremely affordable. Good value. Maybe not as "solid" structurely as a true pvc enclosure.

  27. @kriegtiger on December 17, 2024 at 5:03 pm

I’ve got one of those Ecoflex 4x2x2 enclosures from them, it is admittedly nice and was a solid buy for the price. I found it through Home Depot, of all places!

  28. @derekgarrison6098 on December 17, 2024 at 5:04 pm

    4x2x4 are $353 right now

  29. @rkrakows on December 17, 2024 at 5:04 pm

Can you attach under tank heaters to this material? Have been concerned about that one for my African fat tail.

  30. @MotherTruckinReptiles on December 17, 2024 at 5:04 pm

I recently got a northern white lipped, that would go in there.

  31. @shadyturnage3639 on December 17, 2024 at 5:05 pm

The one you have in the video is not the 4x2x2…. it’s not $249. A lot of the features you mentioned are not included on the 4x2x2 style. The one in your video is 5x2x2. I don’t think you intentionally meant to mislead but the video is kinda misleading.

  32. @brandonalves-j7t on December 17, 2024 at 5:05 pm

I just got that same set up for my Ivory BTS last month! I love everything about and so does my BTS!

  33. @Spider_Manda on December 17, 2024 at 5:06 pm

It doesn’t appear on the Canadian site 😢 Is it only available in the US?

  34. @dawnlight7803 on December 17, 2024 at 5:07 pm

Most keeper in the community agree that the lenght of the enclosure should be as long as the snake is. Ive never heard someone say you should measure two sides of the enclosure. Dont you want to give snake a bit more space?

  35. @Baka.senpai. on December 17, 2024 at 5:08 pm

I wish chewy shipped to Nova Scotia 😭

  36. @TOTALLYWICKED1 on December 17, 2024 at 5:10 pm

😂 New age pet are not new enclosures I have 8 2x4x2 and 2 2x6x2.
But They are decent for the cost no doubt about it 😉

  37. @TroyEmerysalis on December 17, 2024 at 5:12 pm

    Hey bro how are you

  38. @Herwaa on December 17, 2024 at 5:13 pm

Can’t you buy this in Canada?

  39. @LukeMcGuireoides on December 17, 2024 at 5:13 pm

There are oaks all over central America, more oak diversity than in north America

  40. @mrvwbug4423 on December 17, 2024 at 5:14 pm

If only it wasn’t a screen top. I’m looking for an enclosure for my Rainbow Boa and it’s nuts how hard it is to find enclosures that aren’t screen top (screen tops won’t retain humidity well enough for Rainbow Boas). I’m probably going to have a custom enclosure built locally just to get it without a screen lid and probably a 4x2x3 to give him some height (most experienced Boa keepers I talk to say that Boas should have semi-arboreal enclosures).

  41. @juliegoddard3914 on December 17, 2024 at 5:15 pm

A naturalistic back picture would be good and add depth to the enclosure.

  42. @BriDia3 on December 17, 2024 at 5:16 pm

    I’ve got 2 of the 40 G stackable. Other than leaking, they’re great 👍

  43. @NateFFishing on December 17, 2024 at 5:16 pm

How soon you talking about that second channel with enclosure builds? I’m in the middle of building a 6ft enclosure with a foamed in background so I could find those videos helpful

  44. @joshuaedwards1366 on December 17, 2024 at 5:17 pm

Glad you reviewed these enclosures, i was skeptical buying it but now I’m getting a few for my ball pythons

  45. @christopherbrown2222 on December 17, 2024 at 5:18 pm

Thanks for this video, Adam! I saw this enclosure on your Chewy list, but I had reservations because, like you said, most 4x2x2 enclosures are around $400. Good to know that, whenever my wife and I are ready for our first snake (…which will hopefully be sooner than later!), this is a good, affordable option!

  46. @snaillady2 on December 17, 2024 at 5:19 pm

Have the 40-gallon version of this for our Schneider’s skink! Love it! Deep enough that he has plenty of substrate to burrow, but plenty of visibility and like other PVC-based enclosures, it is so much easier to regulate heat/humidity compared to glass!

  47. @gamemaster6219 on December 17, 2024 at 5:20 pm

This enclosure is now only 170

  48. @rejdoudalej9113 on December 17, 2024 at 5:24 pm

I’ve got an question from what material should I get enclousure for bearded dragon if only available are wooden and glass enclousures

  49. @LaylasLeglessRescue on December 17, 2024 at 5:25 pm

That enclosure is good if you know how to fix it. You get what you pay for. I had to machine my own bolts because their bolt holes were too deep to get their bolts in. The screen top had to be supported with PVC beams and some of the sharp edges of the screen top were exposed. That being said, it works and with all the issues I got a partial refund and ended up with it for 110 bucks.
