Actually, as someone who has taught nutrition to veterinarians and their teams for over 3 decades, this food is actually a pretty low quality food. It’s extremely excessive in protein your dogs don’t need and the mineral profile is much higher than other high protein diets, such as Orijen, revealing their protein sources are low quality with bone, hair, hoof, dirt, etc, driving the mineral content so high. With the cost being about the same as Science Diet or ProPlan at $2.69 a lb, it’s not a value. The Blue Life Protection diet is less expensive and has a healthier nutrient profile. Just not a pretty wolf on the bag!
