If you’re new to my channel, my name is Raul Fagundez. I’m the founder of QBN Kennel. It’s a family operated Kennel, which is just a formal way of saying we do everything for our kennel. From whelping pups, feeding, cleaning exercising and making social media.

How I got here…

I had a lifelong dream of breeding dogs. So, Back in 2014 my wife and I decided we would move out of a busy, over crowded zero space city like Miami, FL and move to small rural life in Cleveland, TX. Where we had everything we needed to start our breeding program.

After researching various breeds and visiting breeders we decided to breed American Bullies XL. Soon after I got my first American Bully XL . I realized there was not any platforms dedicated to educating the first time American Bully owner much less new American Bully Breeders. All you saw was SALES, SALES, SALES. So, I decided I would establish a platform to educate dog owners everywhere and Breeders alike. A platform where I can SHARE my journey. I don’t profess to be the sole owner of the truth. But, What I do know I am willing to Share with you. Almost everything I post can be easily applied to any medium to large breed of dogs. Specially those dogs that have short coats.

At, This Point 10 Years have passed since we started on this Journey. We have made videos referring to how to feed a dog, dog behavior, dog pack behavior, breeding business, How much Do Breeders make and many many more.

To everyone reading this, we’re all in the middle of writing our own Journey. The tougher the situation. The more powerful the Journey Becomes.

You either get an epic outcome or an epic Journey. Both mean you win.

Keep Pushing. May Your will to succeed be greater than your obstacles!

Never ever quit,

Raul

  2. @iolacowgirl on February 16, 2025 at 9:11 pm

Can that Whole Hearted performance puppy food be fed to a 7 yr old overweight American Bully? If not, what other kibble? Thanks for all the helpful vids!!

  3. @JacodyShorter-o4g on February 16, 2025 at 9:14 pm

That’s a little lie Victor is 61 with tax at tractor supply 😅

  4. @MichaelSmith-cq4zk on February 16, 2025 at 9:14 pm

Would love to see you do some of the fresh raw food ,and one I use to beef all my puppies up to 1 year old is bill jack only found in the frozen food section, my next dog is either a malinoise or a borbol ,I plan on doing a raw diet with them ,I noticed dry food is causing cancer in alot of dogs ,so I only buy made in the usa or from England, not China or Japan imo and observation

No dog food is good, it has zero nutrition. Highly heated. Then use chemical lab made vitamins(fake) vitamins. Useless. My animals eat what I eat. Can print a list of foods dogs can’t have. Most they can.

  7. @brol1k on February 16, 2025 at 9:16 pm

Thanks for the video, my bully is allergic to chicken. What kibble in store would you recommend? A friend of mine has a bully and he says taste of the wile pacific stream has worked for him but I am skeptical.

  8. @BestDogFoodFor on February 16, 2025 at 9:18 pm

    thats so cool

  9. @superstarcat7654 on February 16, 2025 at 9:18 pm

I have been pondering if the chicken component has crickets and worms in it, like they are adding to chicken from the fast food restaurants.
My dog acts allergic to chicken flavored dog food, but seems okay for the chicken off my plate.

Natural balance salmon and sweet potato imo non professional opinion but give it a try if your dog suffers from allergies

  15. @hfdbuffalo on February 16, 2025 at 9:27 pm

No wonder u don’t like kibble. What a bunch of garbage.

  16. @teneldricisrael8777 on February 16, 2025 at 9:27 pm

Bully Max is my favorite so far in 2024.

  17. @One2three4five6 on February 16, 2025 at 9:31 pm

  21. @darlenereisterer5653 on February 16, 2025 at 9:33 pm

Im so here right NOW!!! I Swear I could have been a Rep for Victor but since they sold YES YES YES there is extreme inconsistency with the smell, color and size! My German Shepard has refused to it and had gotten severely sick with black bloody stools and was vomiting this was all I had given her. I’m looking for as low in carbs dog food as possible any suggestions?

  22. @KatieRost-mr6yh on February 16, 2025 at 9:34 pm

    Kibble has parasites

  23. @Old_Sailor85 on February 16, 2025 at 9:36 pm

Was always told to only look at the ingredients ahead of the first fat (usually chicken fat and/or mixed tocopherols).

Everything else is in such small quantities as to not matter.

  24. @lesleywolf2497 on February 16, 2025 at 9:38 pm

Thank you!! Great vid! Am right there with you on your break down👌🐶

  25. @andreaprice1010 on February 16, 2025 at 9:39 pm

You’re not even pronouncing Canin right.. or showing us what hte protein level/fat ratio is.. or touching on the fact that the formulas are all basically the same. The ‘breed’ thing is bullshit.

  26. @dclaet1135 on February 16, 2025 at 9:39 pm

So many on here have asked your opinion on Bully Max and you won’t anser. Why?

  27. @kennyhill2678 on February 16, 2025 at 9:41 pm

I just brought a bag of Victor , my dog won’t eat it . I’ ve tried everything. He’d rather eat a bologna sandwich . I feed him raw but he’s getting pickier all the time. Turning his head away from sweet potatoes and sardines which he used to like 🤦

  28. @Kristen10-22 on February 16, 2025 at 9:42 pm

I will never ever feed my dog
Purina Pro Plan Sport ever again
$850+++ for a severe case of storage mites!!!
Omg the welts the hives the broken open hair follicles
I went raw not an issue

  29. @monicavannell5183 on February 16, 2025 at 9:43 pm

    What about Fromm large breed?

  30. @bill-hc4vh on February 16, 2025 at 9:44 pm

I hate Kibble, I think it’s poison for dogs. I try feeding my dog real food, but it gets tough on days that im really busy and kibble is so damn convenient.

  31. @andreaprice1010 on February 16, 2025 at 9:45 pm

Chicken fat doesn’t contain chicken protein.. and most kibble is preserved with mixed tocopherols. What youre saying is making no sense to me. And why would you choose the light version of science diet VS. something more comparable to what you have been reviewing? ALSO where did hte one for sportsmix go? Hell, I’ve done better videos than this.

  32. @brandiposey5524 on February 16, 2025 at 9:46 pm

You’re right because my dog cannot have chicken chicken fried or nothing but he can’t have cow. He can’t have fish, salmon, gator, and stuff like that but nothing on two legs basically I found that out with my puppy. Can I have it soft pool and everything now I still ask you about, the how to do with the feeding now my boy is seven years old and I cannot give him raw because he will not accept it😮

  33. @calvinnapier9977 on February 16, 2025 at 9:46 pm

We just took in a stray lab who’s health was really bad. I’m feeding her Open Farm grain free it’s $90 for a 22lb bag 😳 But they do use human grade ingredients instead of feed grade like a lot do. The down side is one the proteins are meal and they put peas in it. I don’t get why at this price they do that. With her food I’m adding probiotics, hempseed oil and apple cider vinegar and her health is getting much better. I wouldn’t feed a dead dog Science Diet or Royal Canine, how do people fall their scam?

  34. @Old_Sailor85 on February 16, 2025 at 9:47 pm

Fed 4-Health for years. No complaints.

    Science Diet is terrible.

  35. @lawngevity3295 on February 16, 2025 at 9:48 pm

About 15 years ago I had finally switched over to BARF as well as raw-frozen food companies (back then there were only a handful of choices), and never went back to dry kibble.
But when I was, my top choices were:
    1) Orijen
    2) Acana
    and when on the cheap:
    1) Taste of the Wild

There were others obviously, but those 3 were my dogs staples.

  36. @goldenglowmaster8510 on February 16, 2025 at 9:50 pm

Whole hearted active performance if you not trying to wait

  37. @marcusboling3789 on February 16, 2025 at 9:51 pm

Appreciate you thanx for this info

  38. @andreaprice1010 on February 16, 2025 at 9:52 pm

Strive was much better than Whole hearted active performance.. and why not look at 4health’s regular stuff? Ughhh I hate this video.

  39. @PrimsHilux670 on February 16, 2025 at 9:55 pm

I use pedigrees in the beginning but switched to diamond no issues so far

  40. @andreaprice1010 on February 16, 2025 at 9:56 pm

Why didn’t you review Diamont Pro 89? Its comparable to Strive. around $59.99 currently

  41. @vampirotj on February 16, 2025 at 9:56 pm

A mix of raw and BullyMax that’s all I give my English bulldog, no issues here , 6 years old and going strong!

  42. @CUCHIE68 on February 16, 2025 at 9:58 pm

I cook for my dogs everyday or other day. Fruits, veggie, carbs & lots of protein

  43. @MarcusD-u4i on February 16, 2025 at 9:59 pm

Questions looking for answers please 🙂 If I were to cook ground beef or bison in an oiled pan and also cook rice separately. Would this be good for my mixed breed dog? Would I need to add anything specific to the beef rice meal etc…? My dogs breeds are mostly Am Staff/Bull Dog/Pitty/Blue Heeler/German Sheppard/Labrador Retriever and a few others! big mix of breeds in my dog. He is currently on Royal Canin Adult Dry but its making him itchy and I don’t like the ingredients. I must get him off of this diet. Its the same food he’s been on since the shelter I adopted him from. PLEASE ADVISE help lol (My dog is approximately 2 years of age)

  44. @kevinmenees779 on February 16, 2025 at 10:02 pm

About a year ago our 14 year old Chihuahua, started acting like age hit him fast. Not eating, staring off in the distance. Slow, I switched to pure balance. Senior formula. Within a week he was back to himself. A month later he was acting like he was a puppy. Eyes, coat, . After a 5 year gap from bullys. We decided it was time to get another. We lost our others through the year’s from cancer, and age. Neighbors bully’s, and pits come visit us daily her blue,, and fawn bully. We picked a puppy. Put him on pure balance large breed puppy. 3 weeks now and it looks to be doing good. I’ll be switching to the wild and free formula with no fillers. As the puppy has a very low amount. Love the videos

  45. @bossup6207 on February 16, 2025 at 10:02 pm

    What about bully max kibble

  46. @themaven510 on February 16, 2025 at 10:05 pm

If it says meal, it ain’t real!! I don’t like to feed kibble, but with 3 dogs over 140lbs, and 3 smalll dogs, and pup coming, and they’re all pets-we’re not a kennel or rescue-yet. I feed the best kibble I can, with a top-dress of meat/venison/rabbit, liver, etc. Years ago, I did the same when breeding horses. This way, I feel, is an economical and healthy way to feed our animals. (I feed from Chewy, or tractor supply 4Health.)

  47. @welder9163 on February 16, 2025 at 10:05 pm

I wish we could get some independent lab test done on these foods!! Like Bio Engineered ingredients are in so many human foods!! Look at your cereals. Lab grown food. Too many different opinions. I’m still uncertain. Thanks anyways.

  48. @LisiOnofre on February 16, 2025 at 10:05 pm

    Value Pack

  49. @leereynolds7453 on February 16, 2025 at 10:05 pm

I’m a retired k9 officer. I was taught that going over 21 % protein can burn up the dogs kidneys. Be careful with to high of protein. I’ve stayed no higher than 21% even with my k9 and have had no problem under the direction of my vet.

  50. @tankconnors7323 on February 16, 2025 at 10:06 pm

NO kibble is the best kibble lol
