Hi, my dog has had a cough for two years that the vets can’t fix. He did have an enlarged heart on X-ray and some extra fluid. He is 8 years old and overweight. I have heard that taurine is the nutrient to help with heart swelling. Is that true and can you recommend a product for this?

I believe I got scammed by a product called PawParents Macho’s Secret Powder for my shepherds arthritic hips …buyer beware… it took over a month to get here must be from China. Luckily I was able to get my money back $53 by using Paypal that was month ago …it just arrived today and went directly into the garbage can.
