I tried Pet Honesty and my Kitten Kira loves it!

  2. @dietschegroosmame3596 on October 10, 2025 at 7:22 pm

Broth is very easy to make. Save your money here

  3. @veganconservative1109 on October 10, 2025 at 7:24 pm

Nope. Most vitamins are synthetic anyway. Add to that the treat styles (what ingredients I could make out on one of them) consist a good part of grain carbs and citric acid. Nope, nope, nope! I prefer to just spend more money on better quality food than split the same amount between mediocre food and vitamin/mineral mixes.
What I have been doing? (and this is a work in progress) I’ve been feeding my two felines Nulo wet food because that is the best quality I’ve been able to find that they are willing to eat out of a can. As money permits I change that out with Dr. Marty’s freeze-dried packages and the occasional Pure Bites freeze-dried whole herring that one cat likes. Both cats LOVE the Dr. Marty’s. (I wish my wallet did as well. Hideously expensive, but I’m told so are vet bills.)
Anyway, what I discovered is that during a couple of two-week periods when I had to confine the cats and found it convenient to only give Dr. Marty’s and only once the dry food? Their eyes lost what I thought was a natural brown around the irises. Oh my God, the brilliance of the Tuxedo’s yellow eyes while the elder Tabby’s turned into pure turquoise. They looked like polished gemstones! I hated the idea of having to return to wet food at all, so now I compromise and give them as much of the freeze-dried as I can possibly get the money for.

So my advice would be to skip the Pharmacy section and get the best quality food you can buy even if you can’t afford to make that their only food.

The Zesty Paws needs to be refrigerated and discarded after 60 days! It only says it in the smallest writing at the very bottom of the bottle. I was not happy to have to replace it.

  5. @off-the-label on October 10, 2025 at 7:25 pm

Hey! Would you be able to discuss cat conditioner or lotion? We recently rescued three-week-old kittens and had to wash them due to fleas. Their fur feels a bit coarse, and we’re looking for ways to make it softer.

  6. @red8ball864 on October 10, 2025 at 7:26 pm

What about AIM A-30 from Japan? I been using it because my cat is in stage 2 kidneys failure and I found it helps a lot but I still need to test her now that she is on it. Yes this is based on the injection that could let your cat live into there 30’s.

  7. @drose1205 on October 10, 2025 at 7:26 pm

I use Made by Nacho food and bone broth…a big hit and very good for them

  8. @susanhoover1820 on October 10, 2025 at 7:27 pm

My vet recommended the Purina Fortiflora to help with loose stools. It worked effectively and after 3-4 days we were back to normal. Because of the high price, I only use it once a week when all is normal.

  9. @catherinekittykat on October 10, 2025 at 7:28 pm

Oooops! Lol! Gel not on bottom of paws….Goes on top of paws or lower arm easy to lick off. Thanks for the laugh.

  10. @PrettyLoather on October 10, 2025 at 7:29 pm

    Hello! Where’s Mallory at?

  11. @kimatlastlooks2915 on October 10, 2025 at 7:30 pm

If they like the paste, then perhaps a lick mat will work or as some have already suggested, just letting them lick it off a spoon or your finger. I love the Pet Honesty Hairball treats. My cat comes running when he hears this particular bag. We play games to get us through the 10/day. I’ll have to take a look at the vitamin ones.

  15. @robadams5799 on October 10, 2025 at 7:31 pm

She’s go a lot of different looks. Hair up, hair down, glasses, no glasses. The "Clark Kent Effect."
2:40 – I bet you pay extra for the "sachets."
18:30 – With the Nutr-Vet gel, I agree it might be easier to put it on the *tops* of the cat’s paws, so as not to track it all over the floor.

  16. @Wendy-ce5gd on October 10, 2025 at 7:32 pm

You put pastes and gels on the top of their paws or front of lower leg in a thin enough layer that they can not shake it off and must lick it off. Just like hairball pastes. Once you get in idea of how large a dab just apply it straight out of the tube. That one DOES like like a more fun option for the cat since it keeps them busy longer! My cats LOVE a salmon, flavored calming paste that I applied to their leg and paw….or counter.

  17. @MewsandWhiskers on October 10, 2025 at 7:34 pm

This was excellent. Thanks for sharing. We’ll probably try the Fera probiotic, as it’s more affordable than the one we’ve been buying.

  18. @Nunyabiz977 on October 10, 2025 at 7:38 pm

Yall are aware cats use their paws to dig in the litter box, right? So why yall putting food on their paws? That’s so unhealthy. Use a dish. Cats a clean creatures

  19. @tinacalle3599 on October 10, 2025 at 7:40 pm

Uhh- I put anything like that on the top of my cats paw. lol.. And we are successfully using Fera Pets Probiotics – doing great on this one! Thanks for this review!

  20. @sdp8483 on October 10, 2025 at 7:40 pm

I get a good laugh at the food reviews that end in "Gordon ate it right up".

  21. @marriadaniels2616 on October 10, 2025 at 7:41 pm

The gel/paste I use with my 4 cats, and I just squeeze it out onto either my finger or their wet food, and they lick it right up. No mess!

  22. @crackedbrainOG on October 10, 2025 at 7:42 pm

I’m going to try the Fera probiotic. My 15 year old male cat struggles with constipation so hopefully this will help.

  25. @1starrynight1 on October 10, 2025 at 7:45 pm

Purina ProPlan is a bad probiotic. But because of the taste it’s good as a topper!

  26. @maddytedesco6084 on October 10, 2025 at 7:46 pm

I’m kind of confused why cats need multivitamins. I get the other supplements. Multivitamins cover the bases so if you have gaps in your diet they can help fill them. But to be considered a cat food doesn’t it have to cover the bases? As humans we eat lots of stuff with little vitamins and minerals so I feel a multivitamin can make sense but all cat food has a balance of needed vitiman a and minerals?

  27. @kathleennorton2228 on October 10, 2025 at 7:50 pm

Standard Process whole body cat supplement has very much helped my old kitty. They are an organic company. They also have supplements for cat digestion, and I think prebiotics.
For his vitamins it was around $30 for ninety, given twice a day. After awhile I give him them less often, once he was stronger.
I’m not sure, but some of it might be sourced from raw product, which is especially good for animals and people. They have raw organ sups for people, too. They actually started out as for people only, but have branched into supplements for animals, as well.
They are a very good people supplement brand.
Here’s the list of ingredients in their whole body cat supplement:
Bovine liver, organic dried alfalfa (aerial parts) juice, bovine liver PMG™ extract, bovine trachea, bovine bone, bovine heart PMG™ extract, bovine spleen, ovine spleen, L-glutamine, amla extract, rice (bran), porcine jejunum, bovine kidney PMG™ extract, bovine kidney, oat flour, bovine adrenal Cytosol™ extract, nutritional yeast, organic dried pea (vine) juice, organic dried buckwheat (aerial parts) juice, organic buckwheat (seed), bovine orchic Cytosol™ extract, chromium yeast, green-lipped mussel (Perna canaliculus) (shellfish), organic dried swiss chard (beet leaf) juice, organic beet (root), zinc rice chelate, L-carnitine, organic dried kidney bean (aerial parts) juice, defatted wheat (germ), inositol, choline bitartrate, enzymatically processed Spanish moss (Tillandsia usneoides), and beet (root). Other Ingredients: Honey and calcium stearate as tableting aids

My cats stool is Black only from outside what does it mean
Is it because of the supplement he is taking?

  29. @UnchainedVintage on October 10, 2025 at 7:51 pm

For the bone broth the pet store told me to freeze it in a silicone tray and use when needed so I’ll be doing that

  30. @Kitty-JuneOhSixJanTwentyFour on October 10, 2025 at 7:54 pm

Have you never fed paste to your cat? Like, really? You can give it on your finger, on top of his food, and ON his paws, not UNDER like you did, geeezzz….

  31. @yeseniazuniga. on October 10, 2025 at 7:54 pm

Hello, my cat weighs 15 lbs. I would have to give him 15 Honesty Pet treats a day? so the bag would only last 2 days since they contain 30. I would appreciate your help to understand how to give it to my cat and if it is worth it.

  32. @doomkitty63 on October 10, 2025 at 7:57 pm

For fortiflora you should mix in with water then mix it with the food. It’s supposed be beef flavour. To make the bone broth last longer I would pour it into an ice cube tray then freeze it. You can then just thaw out an ice cube when it’s time for a dose.

  33. @milakastrand on October 10, 2025 at 7:57 pm

😂 The salmon paw gel! What were they thinking?! Gordon looked adorable eating it. ❤

  34. @Subsonic-g2n on October 10, 2025 at 7:57 pm

The last one is really messy, I would not put it on my cats if you have it to me for free, sorry.

  35. @GoodGravy-US on October 10, 2025 at 7:58 pm

Silly! You’re supposed to apply medicine and supplements to the *top* of their paws 😅

    Love Pet honesty ❤️

  41. @theKoreis on October 10, 2025 at 8:07 pm

This review did not highlight or mention the efficacy of these products on your cat. Yes, it’s great that the cat liked them or tolerated it but I came to find out if they worked (healthier coat, bones and joint improvement, gut regulated, etc). How long did you dedicate to each products and I am assuming you only did one at a time for cpl mos, to confirm that the results are due to one product with no overlap.

  42. @blackmoonroze9336 on October 10, 2025 at 8:07 pm

I used the purina pro biotic one. What I did was dissolve it with a tablespoon of water and then add that to the wet food. Made it super easy to mix and my cat actually seemed to like its taste. I had more of an issue cos my cat hates to clean the bowl so it was a nightmare trying to feed all of the food so there is no powder left >.<

  43. @Carter-um4gb on October 10, 2025 at 8:07 pm

My vet also gave me Fortiflora when my kitten had stomach issues. She LOVED it. I would just use a little hot water to dissolve it then pour it over her food like gravy.

  44. @sharona5877 on October 10, 2025 at 8:07 pm

My vet told us to divode the Purina Pro Plan FortiFlora with my cats meals. When he was younger we were told to use 1/2 a pack per day. Also, my cats have no problems eating it sprinkled on their dry food.
