I’ve been wondering if you knew that smalls has tricalcium phosphate in all their recipes and if it’s still good for our cats? Since you mentioned here and in other videos that it’s a pallatent. I tried to see in your smalls review video but you skipped over it while reviewing the ingredients. I was happy to find an improvement to my kitten’s canned food but now I’m worried that I shouldn’t be feeding it to him. If you answered it’d be really helpful ❤
Not all carbohydrates are chock full of glysophates. Grains are. All grains. In my experience and I am not a vet just observant, grains can cause urinary tract issues. If your cat is prone to urinary issues do remove the grains and that includes treats in addition to switching to wet food. Vets get alot of money from urinary tract emergencies so they are not going to reveal the cause. Wellness plain chicken pate and plain turkey pate are good and also lower in phosphorus than some cat foods.

I feed my cats Nulo Freestyle Turkey/Chicken pate. From what I’ve learned, it seems to be a good wet cat food. I was wondering what your opinion was on it. Thanks

The Voice is on fire! Three videos in three days. I have moved my two kittens, seven months old, from Rachael Ray, Chicken and Chicken Liver, to Nulo, Chicken and Duck. It does have some of the fillers, but is low in carbs and heavy metals. I supplement with chicken gizzards and hearts from a local butcher shop. And lightly cooked egg yolk once a week.
