You didn’t ask for recommendations…but the sitzbath that sits on the toilet is a game changer. I’ve had pelvic floor issues off and on postpartum and I had multiple tears from delivery and it’s so much more convenient.
My midwife recommended a sitzbath 3 times daily starting 48 hours post delivery. And it’s so much easier to just fill that little seat rather than run a bath and get in and out of it.

I feel like I’m going through the exact same situation, only 10 months behind you.
I’m 35 weeks pregnant with second baby girl and have almost 2 yr old toddler (girl). Preparing for postpartum care at the moment and watching bunch of YouTube videos.
I had a sits bath given to me by the hospital, I unfortunately rent and the house doesn’t have a bathtub just a shower only, so they gave one to me to help, but I completely agree that healing is SO important! I wish I put more effort into the healing for myself with my baby.
