I’ll pay the extra $$ to not have to dehydrate and powder organs myself.

How do they make beef liver powder? If they heat at very high temperature, can heating depletes all the nutrients benefit? So no reason to consume these supplement?

  4. @RA82828 on June 26, 2025 at 2:25 pm

Everyone please be aware of something the doctor did not mention: when you add extra beef or liver or supplements to your diet you are in increasing your hemoglobin and your ferritin levels, thus making your blood thick and sticky and viscous and more difficult to pump through your. Your heart will have to work overtime to get the thick blood through it. Which obviously can wear your heart out and you’ll have a heart attack. If you start taking beef supplements, please get your hemoglobin checked regularly. I give blood every three months at the bloodmobile and they automatically check your hemoglobin before drawing your blood. 🩸

Unfortunately these products did not work for my husband and myself. In December, we decided to write the company to ask if these organ supplements would be good for my husband who suffers from gout and also ckd, so he has to be very careful what he eats for both conditions. I got a response offering advice on gout and i felt safe to try this to see if they would help my husband’s kidney and liver health. We decided to get the liver, kidney, and heart for him. He started on the kidney one in December since we were going away for the holidays and did not want to risk him taking too much of something new while away. He started with just one a day and when we got home in January he started on the others and increased dosage as recommended by the company. I decided to get the one for hormones for me, for my hot flashes and other peri menopause symptoms, so i started taking that in January as well. We kept increasing the dosage and wouldn’t you know it, after two years of keeping gout away, my husband gets the worse bout of his life, a month with gout, it flared up 3 times in a row and i started getting awful pains in my elbows, chronic, and we both realized i was getting gout pains too. We stopped the supplements and wrote the company. It was only a few days past our return date and they could not refund but offered two other supplements that do not have organ meats. Once received i researched ingredients and i found that the minerals are very very high in sodium (bad for ckd) and the fish eggs are high in purines which cause gout. We wrote the company again, we were hoping they would make an exception and refund us. I mean my husband was debilitated for one month, could not walk, crying in pain, the worst thing for me to watch him go through. We were so upset, we tossed all of the bottles away and sadly realized we took the company’s advice and trusted them, but that was our fault. You have to do your own research and fully, these organ supplements are concentrated so no wonder his gout was severe. I hope this will help others with or without gout!

This man sounds VERY anti organ meat.

This is a “dr.” Talking about mark ups on pills, how do you justify paying $2000 or more for pharmaceutical pills. Talk about grass fed and finished. We all know pharmaceutical drugs only make people sicker cuz there’s no money in healing people, go away !

  10. @Llllllllllllxjxn on June 26, 2025 at 2:35 pm

This guy is so incredibly weak and 😅stupid

  11. @MicBee10 on June 26, 2025 at 2:36 pm

Seems like you’re uninformed. Have you even bothered to speak to Ancestral Supplements? Did you ask where they source their organs, etc? Did you ask about their testing? I’ve personally benefited from their products. I have iron deficiency anemia. Nothing help until I used the beef liver. Lab work proved it. Now happily using the bone marrow. Your vid is just vegan fake news 🤪🤡

  12. @joelroberts9947 on June 26, 2025 at 2:37 pm

You’re paying for the process of freeze drying and capping the powders. Freeze dryers are expensive and take a long time to do the drying. Not to mention the space, electricity, and smells of drying organ meat. Sure you can buy one and do it all yourself but most people don’t want to do all that.

  13. @ramblin_man23 on June 26, 2025 at 2:38 pm

Is that $6-7 tray of liver grass fed?

  14. @sherylsenft4595 on June 26, 2025 at 2:38 pm

It’s worth it to me to buy the supplements because I do not like eating organ meat.

  15. @aloveaffairwithself on June 26, 2025 at 2:40 pm

Idk. I stopped almost passing out every 5 minutes from anemia after I started taking them. Seems to work pretty well for me; and it would cost me a lot more money buying the organ meat per pound every month just to get the benefits.

  16. @flankman9385 on June 26, 2025 at 2:41 pm

Ground beef in the US does not contain just random organs, this is strictly regulated

  17. @Cletus_the_Elder on June 26, 2025 at 2:45 pm

Huge difference between cattle that feed on grass and cattle that feed on conventional, industrial feed. The research into the nutritional content is there. The thing is that it’s hard to know for sure if the brand is using real grass-fed beef. The guy calling himself the Liver King was outed as a fraud, but his supplement line is the most popular among the beef-organ crowd. There’s even a chance that what you are getting from reputable online vendors are counterfeit. Grass-fed beef at grocery stores is twice the price the of regular meet, so it’s not economically feasible for most people to eat grass-fed on a regular basis.

  18. @kspencerj on June 26, 2025 at 2:45 pm

The comments passed the vibe check

  19. @Marcomacccc on June 26, 2025 at 2:47 pm

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think you forgot to add the freeze drying process on beef liver into the equation, which removes 70-80% of the water weight. So basically, in a nutshell and we do the math, there should almost be a full pound of beef liver in every 180 -200 capsule containers. Still kind of expensive compared to the real thing, but more convenient. It also needs to be labelled as grass fed, so you know that the liver is clean, and not have all the metallic impurities that you mentioned. Hope this helps!

Been taking supplements for less than a week and have noticed a huge difference in energy and brain clarity. Skin is looking nicer and I’m hopeful my hormones will improve… I’m convinced at whatever cost, if it works- it works!

  24. @riterstaci6744 on June 26, 2025 at 2:49 pm

Let me chime in as a fellow naturpahtic doctor. Who can speak to the WONDERS of these supplements and this brand.
Btw: everyone has their own opinions and this one doctor does not reflect the entire profession of naturopathic doctors and how we practice our medicine.
Seems like I need to make a video myself.
As a naturopathic doctor, I would like to address the ongoing debate regarding the use of organ meat supplements in clinical practice. While I respect the perspectives of my colleagues who may argue against these supplements, I believe it is essential to consider the substantial body of evidence supporting their benefits for patient health.

Organ meats, such as liver, heart, and kidney, are nutrient-dense foods that provide a rich source of essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin A, B vitamins (particularly B12), iron, zinc, and coenzyme Q10. These nutrients play critical roles in various physiological functions, including energy production, immune support, and cognitive health. For patients with specific dietary restrictions or those who may struggle to obtain adequate nutrition from conventional food sources, organ meat supplements can serve as a valuable adjunct to their health regimen.

Furthermore, numerous patients have reported positive outcomes from incorporating organ meat supplements into their diets. These benefits include improved energy levels, enhanced mental clarity, iron anemia inrpvement and better overall well-being. In my practice, I have observed that patients with conditions such as anemia, fatigue, and certain autoimmune disorders often experience significant improvements when they include these nutrient-rich supplements in their treatment plans.

While it is crucial to approach any supplementation with caution and to consider individual patient needs, dismissing organ meat supplements entirely overlooks their potential benefits. Instead, I advocate for a balanced perspective that recognizes the value of these supplements as part of a holistic approach to health. By integrating organ meat supplements into a comprehensive treatment plan, we can empower our patients to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Also, the data presented seems flawed.

  25. @eduardorojas6480 on June 26, 2025 at 2:50 pm

The only thing i agree with is that it isnt enough. I created my own sort of pills. I basically bought all the organs. Blended them all together. And started taking about 15-20 grams a day and i would say i feel much better now than i ever did before

  26. @rileighchristine_ on June 26, 2025 at 2:50 pm

I’ve experienced depression, anxiety and apathy for 12 years. I’ve had an inability to experience pleasure and have tried 7 different SSRIs. I’ve also been diagnosed with ADHD, severe GAD, and bipolar disorder. I quit all my meds and only take beef organ supplements. Since then, people have been commenting on my skin, my hair is growing for the first time in years, my monthly cycles are regulated, I have no more issues with executive dysfunction, I can work a full day, go to the gym, grocery shop, cook dinner, clean my home, and still have energy for homework before bed. Before I could barely complete one of those tasks. My skin looks hydrated and glowing, my pores are nonexistent, I’m noticing more attention from strangers in public glancing at me, my muscle mass and strength has improved greatly, I wake up excited for the day, my job performance has improved leading to career advancements, I think clearly and feel more intelligent and cognitively sharp, my moods and emotions are regulated, I have a general vigor and feeling of vibrance throughout the day, I sleep amazing and I barely need coffee. Under eye bags are gone. Literally every health issue and problems in my life have been cleared up.

I started taking Ancestral Supplements Beef Liver because of my anemia and always feeling fatigued . Did not want to do anything , have not exercise in a very long time, always wants to sleep when at home.
After 2 weeks taking this Beef Liver from AS , I felt so much better ! No longer fatigued and able to exercise again. I have not checked my blood count but I am 100% sure it has improved because of how I feel now and I am not pale anymore. So I will not listen to this guy! I don’t care about the price , my health is more important to me.

Your review of beef organ supplements provides valuable insights into their nutritional benefits. For those seeking alternatives, plant-based supplements containing herbs like milk thistle, artichoke, and dandelion offer effective liver support. These natural ingredients have been traditionally used to promote liver health and may serve as suitable options for individuals exploring non-animal-derived supplements.

I don’t buy them anymore due to price, but those beef liver capsules… I took 3 a day instead of the recommended 6 and it gave me great energy levels and focus. I also found my sleep improved and I was getting a solid 8 hours each night.

  37. @JQS-p6u on June 26, 2025 at 3:01 pm

All I can say is there was recently (might still be) a nationwide shortage of Levothyroxine (this is per my insurer) and I was unable to get my script renewed in a timely manner. As a result, I decided to go for it and try the AS Beef Thyroid…..Per the company’s protocol, it says to start with 1 and work up, etc. One was not enough for me and I knew this within a couple days as my energy was just horrible, so I bumped it up to 2 in the AM……So far, AMAZING. I feel very good and have nice, sustained energy throughout the day so far. I know I have to give it more time, but for now I feel a lot better on this than I ever have on Levo, soooo….

  38. @lisamarieroserobin on June 26, 2025 at 3:02 pm

Youre not taking into the account how long it would take you to dehydrate all of that and do all the labour….. Extremely time consuming

I don’t know who paid you to say all these negative stuff about ancestral supplements, but lots of people around the world noticed great benefits of taking them I personally take Liver, Prostate, Lungs, Thymus, MOFO, Colostrum, Heart, Bone Marrow, and Adrenals and I feel super amazing and my testosterone level increased tremendously and my lower back pain is gone . So what are you saying is not working no one is gonna believe you, especially those who tried it and saw the difference. Whoever paid you to say this is a criminal.
