How I Cured Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

How I Cured Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

I had suffered from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) for over three decades until I realized what was triggering it: Inflammatory (plant) foods.

After removing most foods from my diet, my symptoms went away, my gut healed and I’ve been without symptoms ever since.

If you suffer from IBS or similar inflammatory bowel disorders, do the following:

1. Remove all plant foods from your diet immediately.
2. Cut out eggs and dairy. The lactose and casein in the latter can worsen your symptoms.
3. Avoid alcohol.
4. Consume only meat, organs and raw honey for 30-90 days.
5. Consider using supplements that can help heal your gut (see blog post).
6. Once your symptoms have subsided, slowly reintroduce the least-toxic plant foods (see food list).

Interesting that the audio says to eliminate all eggs and dairy, and the guy/actor/model is shown in front of chickens.

    Anyone else notice?

Sir, delete that misinformation immediately its dangerous to instruct ppl to do that dump bs. Ibs is a chronic condition and will simply come back once u r back on normal diet. OR, eat only meat and honey till the rest of your remaining 2 years u will live eating that.

What is the issue with plant foods specifically? Is it fiber that’s the issue…? Is there any way near should or should not be cooked?

  13. @liliav.5780 on June 15, 2025 at 1:37 pm

Honey is bad for IBS. Not all fruits and vegetables trigger symptoms.

Did carnivore diet (with eggs and milk). My IBS and vowel issues were fixed. Introduce carbs again (rice, bread, fruits) immediately got my symptoms back.

How do people get IBS? I do not understand. It is a man-made disease. You will not get IBS from just eating something weird or food poisoning alone. Those who get IBS get tremendous traumatic events in life that include extremely high stress levels for a very long time, starvation due to diet change, sleepless nights, and doing things that you do not want to do. Also, living in unhealthy conditions and being far from your hometown, lonely, and purposeless. Again, these things should go on for a decade to develop IBS. If anyone has not gone through these things in his or her life, do not give up. Your condition is totally curable or manageable in such a way that you can live a normal life still. If anyone is interested in my story, contact me. There is also a test called GI-MAP. Those suffering from digestive issues, save up your money and do this test. It could determine the root cause of your illness. Take care!

I get bad diarrhea if I eat too much fried meat. I have to limit my meat. I can eat a little honey. I am basically stuck with this. It was my fault for traveling to Egypt. I hope no one gets this illness like me. I pray for you.

When you did , did you eat leaner meats with the honey , or was it fatty cuts of meat with the honey , i have been doing only meat and suet for a while, i do believe honey would help me out , so i am just wondering if i should cut back on the fat while increasing the honey amount?

NEEM, consume neem, I has symptoms of IBS/SIBO that lasted for over a month, the only thing I could eat without flare up or pain was rice, just white rice & yogurt.. Started taking neem and in days saw improvement. Bloating, gas & cramps all came down and then back to normal.
    How to consume
You can directly have neem leaves(8 to 10 leaves should be fine), I mixed some powdered neem(one fourth of a teaspoon) with water & basically made it my normal drinking water. Esp having it early morning & in between meals for a few days(its bitter but more than worth it I promise) Also suggest having buttermilk/yogurt too, good for the gut.
This is one thing that has really worked for me. IBS/SIBO can be very painful & restrict your life in so many ways. Nobody should have to struggle with it for long. Really hope this helps someone <3
