    I make my own two.
Go to Walmart and buy a large black container instead of using aluminum pan. Use it over and over. Going to need 3 $4.96

    My dogs HATE TURKEY! Why?

😂😂😂 the mixer idea is brilliant 🧠

  3. @andjack142 on May 16, 2025 at 11:30 am

I’ve been doing this exact recipe for over six months now. You will get better the more you do it. And it’s the best! I just do his recipe in half and it ALL goes in the instant pot and I’m able to mix with no problem. I do two separate batches. I have two dogs, a corgi and a chihuahua. Each batch lasts about a week. Also must be frozen since there are no preservatives.

Was the glass shattering real or sound effects?! I was laughing so hard.

  9. @kellybakas920 on May 16, 2025 at 11:38 am

Is it true that you need to add pepper to activate the turmeric?

  10. @melissaworkman4914 on May 16, 2025 at 11:38 am

    How much rice??

  11. @mo7193 on May 16, 2025 at 11:39 am

Okay question I have 14 dogs, LOL. Seriously we go through a lot of dog food most the time I do make it myself but dang it takes a while. How would you adjust your recipe for that many dogs and they are large with the exception of three small ones.

  12. @modilevi6053 on May 16, 2025 at 11:39 am

Brown rice is not healthier than white rice, it 8s just white rice burned a little to look brown, it is the same.
Rice is very high carb, don’t give too much or the dogs blood sugar can spike.
Lots of dogs get diabetes now from eating human food

  13. @KayXoXo4 on May 16, 2025 at 11:41 am

To be fair, if you had the 5gal bucket you was talking about, the only dishes you’d have afterwards is your measuring bowls and spoons, your utensils and the instant pot, pot. 😊

  14. @IJustBelieveInMe on May 16, 2025 at 11:44 am

Using 93% lean ground turkey, do you feed Sable the broth? I do but wonder if it’s too much fat. I’ve poured off the fat, put it into the fridge and there was very very little fat accumulation on top.

  15. @PerrieFoster on May 16, 2025 at 11:44 am

I use 12 chicken breast boiled. Add 1.5cups cooked rice 3 bags frozen sweet potatoes 4 bags frozen mixed vegetables. Shred the breast mix it all in . No loose stools since I started this over a year ago. He did lose weight but at 14 hops and turns circles at mealtime. Can’t jump anymore sadly but he’s happy . For treats he gets 3 milos kitchen chicken meatballs from Amazon . He gets A little over 1 cup twice a day of the mixture I make. Dry food caused horrible stool couldn’t pick up. The vet said as long as he’s happy and eating the weight loss was not a factor.

  19. @GmanfromTexas on May 16, 2025 at 11:45 am

Great recipe. How do you separate the portions? Do you freeze the food in batches?

I bought a LEM #22 meat grinder from Amazon for like $700.00 about 3 year ago. I live in TX so I’m able to buy 10lbs of plain Jane chicken quarters for $5.95. I grind it all myself and you can’t beat the price. For my 2 Rhodesian Ridgebacks I spend about $56.00 for delivery of 7 bags (70lbs) and between the 2 of them it lasts about 28 days. So $0.60 a pound when I’m done. You can’t beat that.

Don’t buy ground meat at the store. Do it yourself trust me.

I worked in a restaurant and the more convenient it is for you (the consumer) the more they charge you. Learn to work with the most basic cuts for the price.

I have an 18 liter pot, get bigger, it is cheap, and you can cook everything at once

  23. @kc3131 on May 16, 2025 at 11:53 am

  26. @connieulmer5072 on May 16, 2025 at 11:56 am

How long can you leave the food in the fridge before it goes bad?

  27. @TomMarsh-fv4kx on May 16, 2025 at 11:58 am

Clean your sink before you cook, then you can use the sink to mix it up. Save on dishes

  28. @veronicavanzo4158 on May 16, 2025 at 11:59 am

Had to remove from my dog’s food.

  30. @karenr7779 on May 16, 2025 at 12:03 pm

I used my electric smart skillet Green pan to cook the rice and veggies at the same time as the chicken. Thank you for sharing!

  37. @allisonjarrett9890 on May 16, 2025 at 12:12 pm

Did I miss when you add the blueberries? I am assuming you don’t cook them and just stir them in raw? Thanks for sharing your recipe. Our dog tapped around just like yours while I cooked!

  38. @caziontherise on May 16, 2025 at 12:12 pm

Frozen carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, peas and Butternut squash. 10lbs leg quarters shredded, beef livers cubed and 2lb chicken gizzards cut up with scissors. Add box of 4 bag instant brown rice to boiled chicken water. Mix together and store

  39. @laurastephenson2516 on May 16, 2025 at 12:12 pm

A bit of black pepper will make the turmeric, more absorbable on your dog’s system

  40. @JimMoussette on May 16, 2025 at 12:13 pm

Do you let your dog help you with the dishes cause I’m sure she’d love to lick those for you and clean them up and get them ready for next time 😂

  41. @Winston7564 on May 16, 2025 at 12:14 pm

    God bless you, buddy

I’m now a big fan and following your recipe for my dogs

  42. @peeweenewman on May 16, 2025 at 12:17 pm

Are the measurements for the peas, green beans ,etc… by weight or volume?

  43. @awake13830 on May 16, 2025 at 12:18 pm

Do not open vent until pot has lost all pressure. Lots of nutrients in that steam is lost to the air.

  44. @TiffanyManzo on May 16, 2025 at 12:21 pm

That dog is fat I like that dog

  45. @randomrefrigeration4564 on May 16, 2025 at 12:21 pm

Mix it in the sink that’s how we do it
A lot easier mixing in the sink

  46. @monaonassis6346 on May 16, 2025 at 12:22 pm

When you switched your dog to homemade food did you go through a period where she has diarrhea? I’ve switched my Dalmatian to this and it’s been tough with the diarrhea

  47. @rhuda84 on May 16, 2025 at 12:23 pm

Hi. I just made this recipe today. Do you freeze 2 weeks worth of food?? And how long do you leave it out to thaw?? Thanks again very much for this helpful video. God bless you.

  48. @alinvlaic191 on May 16, 2025 at 12:23 pm

Sorry to say this, but you’re doing it wrong…. The meat cooked under pressure for 25 minutes… is way too long. You lose all the nutrients…. The vegetables I would not cook them for more than four minutes, maybe five…. That’s the whole thing about cooking under pressure, it cooks so much quicker than conventional cooking

  49. @jimclarke88 on May 16, 2025 at 12:26 pm

you need to add black pepper to activate the tumeric

  50. @TienTran-bi1jv on May 16, 2025 at 12:28 pm

Do you put it in the freezer?
