You’re absolutely certain Neem is cat safe? They tend to be so so sensitive to chemicals. Far more sensitive than other animals.
I would have no qualms using that on a dog, or myself, but cats metabolize things so different. Would it still work if applied just to the base of the skull? Obviously it wouldn’t provide full coverage, but…

  37. @StudioDawne on May 12, 2025 at 12:02 pm

ANYONE: I am battling fleas. It is so frustrating. 1) Does the neem oil/coconut oil work for your dog? And 2) Are there any safe otc dog chewables for flea prevention that are actually safe, not the constant terrifying side effects? I don’t have money to do a lot of trial and error. Thanks!

  38. @mikkimikki5376 on May 12, 2025 at 12:03 pm

What is neem oil…..will look it up. 😊

  39. @emilyleander3597 on May 12, 2025 at 12:05 pm

My mom applied front line spray to one of our elder cats, within 30 minutes it was bleeding out of its eyes, nose, and mouth and screaming in pain. She didn’t even make it to the car before she passed 😒 since then, we have NEVER used chemical flea killers. That was the most traumatic thing we have ever gone through with our animals, and we have rescued our whole lives. It should be illegal for those products to be on shelves so easily. The only one we NEVER had an issue with was Bravecto, but it’s too expensive for all the animals that come in and out of our home while rescuing.

  45. @tammyslack6070 on May 12, 2025 at 12:14 pm

Is this like neem oil that you use on plants ?????

  46. @001singularity on May 12, 2025 at 12:15 pm

Very effective. Be careful to really dilute the neem as my cats had a reaction to a bit too strong neem. They were tripping. Diluted pupils and scared. Poor babies. More is definitely not better in these cases.
