At $30 per 16oz bag of natures blend that’s literally ONE days worth of food for my black lab puppy. The price is unfortunate and unaffordable for the average person.

Can dogs with GERD eat things like hemp seeds?

  7. @Sue-Roxy on April 15, 2025 at 4:46 am

Casar you need to retire, get someone in who is yonger & a positive trainer – Treats are used on walks when dog is doing well, then you reward your dog as soon as he looks up at you he knows he did well or when wants reasurrance that everything is OK you have his back.

I have adopted a dog with skin irritation and constantly scratches himself. He is 4 years old and been on pellets. I have been feeding him ground beef and rice for 2 weeks prior to watching this, and now this video seems to confirm I am on the right path. However, he doesn’t want to eat this natural, clean and loving food. Not sure what to do, I am convinced a good diet and exercise will solve the dogs scratching.

I feed my border collie raw diet ever since 6 months old. the best for digestion, no more constipation until i switch to dry kibble and farmer’s dog wet food. It seems 10% of raw bones in a meal are a must for dogs to have a soft yet firm poop. and i add raw chicken liver, raw chicken hearts, raw chicken gizzard if available from local grocery. Now he is 12 years old, not willing to chew raw chicken drumbsticks, but he will eat raw chicken neck and raw chicke feet as alternatives. He’ll go crazy for raw beef neckbones, but i’m always afraid of these small bones might fracture the dog’s mouth, 😅 it’s no problem really, dogs are smart to clean it off the raw bones.

  12. @pashminagal on April 15, 2025 at 4:50 am

My parents has a Finnish Spitz, and they gave him marrow bones.
He would spend a lot of time working on the bone.
The vet always said he had really clean teeth.

  13. @MikeSebastianVideos on April 15, 2025 at 4:51 am

Im trying to improve the diet of my 5 y/o Havanese mix. She’s currently eating The Farmer’s Dog. She likes it, but I’d like to start using my limited skills with my Instant Pot. There are so many videos and I want to make sure my little girl gets the best, healthiest, food. I thought kibble wasn’t preferable, but Mr. Milan is recommending Nature’s Blend with ground beef and rice as a topper?

  14. @user-nj2pg3dp3d on April 15, 2025 at 4:51 am

I am sure your sick of it, but I have to chime in (which I rarely do on any format) – Your just the best, so knowledgeable about every aspect of a dog, you changed the world for uncountalbe dogs and dog owners. Don’t know what else to say beyond a sincere – Thank you Cesar.

  15. @lisatrom2231 on April 15, 2025 at 4:52 am

Love the recommendations!! I have a 65lb German shepherd Husky mix, 7 yr old and I give her (2) uncooked chicken feet. I was told this was a good healthy treat. What are your thoughts? Should I feed the beef and rice only or as a topper?

    As usual, great advice.

  32. @Hgdkrlzu34 on April 15, 2025 at 5:16 am

I cook wholegrain rice with lentils and carrots, plus chicken hearts or minced meat (beef and pig combination) or chicken. My dog loves this. When he has sometimes stomach issues i give him fresh cottage cheese (light version) or probiotics powder in his food. And homemade food is always his favorite. I also put a bit of garlic and a bit of turmeric. My dog is a Jack Russel mix and has lactose and gluten intolerance.
Also as treats only dried meat he hates anything chemical and would not eat it.

I have a mini husky who is now 6 years old. Seems to be having paw licking carpet licking issues often. He will need to eat grass few times a week. Lately he’s been getting up in the late hours of the night & wants outside.

I feed him chicken that is boiled with no bones no skin. Treats are all natural & seems to enjoy em. But I do think his stomach is upset. What can I do to help? The local vet wants him meds & I disagree because it just leads to more meds & appointments. My dog can’t even go in the car because it makes him very sick! Any suggestions to resolve the upset stomach issues & what can I feed him to improve digestion etc.

Been in training my new girl with the liver treats but…
She won’t sit without a treat. So what do I do?

  41. @lesadelisi9385 on April 15, 2025 at 5:31 am

Ground beef is good. My husband has been a veterinarian for 43 years and has studied canine nutrition extensively. Dogs should NOT eat carbs like rice, potatoes, grains of any kind. When have you ever seen a wild canine grazing on grains? Homemade food is great but you must be careful and only feed non starchy vegetables in limited amounts and be supplemented with vitamins, minerals and omega 3 fatty acids. We’ve been making our dogs’ food for over a decade. It’s easy and will save you a fortune in vet bills.

  42. @jenniferpepler5843 on April 15, 2025 at 5:33 am

Wow! I looked into this dog food as I am trying to look into raw food as I have heard so many horror stories about commercial dog food, ALL BRANDS!! Did you know that Cellulose is actually sawdust! WTF? So I am searching for another option when up popped your video! Without researching the ingredients in this food until I see if it is available and for what price where I am, I am shocked at the cost!! A little more money!!! Are you kidding me Cesar! I have a 30lb dog and in order to feed the minimum 2% of body weight, the 454g bag where I live (Canada) is $53 before tax and any shipping. So my dog needs a min of 227 grams a day which means this bag would last me, at most, 2 days. That would cost me over $800 a month to feed my dog! That is beyond ridiculous! I don’t know if Amazon is just priced really high, but typically where I am they are competitive, not that I use Amazon a lot, but so far they have been. Not sure what you are paying for it, but I certainly don’t have a "Dog whisperer" salary for this product! 😂

Why does our family dog turn and bite on us despite being friendly and affectionate 😢???please advise what to do because it’s turning into a difficult situation…he’s a six year old male and he’s not mated by his own choice…meaning he shows no interest when around female doggies at all…but does his doggy dance on humans mostly male…🤔

  48. @ellenparks5096 on April 15, 2025 at 5:38 am

What brand is this food? Where do i buy it?

  49. @ElenasUnikate on April 15, 2025 at 5:38 am

With all due respect to Cesar Milan and his dog training, he apparently has no idea about food. Dry food is the worst way to feed a dog. He should be asking himself why daddy got cancer? Since dog and cat owners have been feeding industrial food, these diseases such as cancer, pancreatic diseases, "allergies", arthritis and osteoarthritis… etc. are exploding. Any type of wheat is not good for the dog. This promotes leaky gut syndrome and all diseases arise from it. The healthiest way to feed a dog is raw, but with all the components. The amount of food is 2-4% of body weight.
The amount of food is divided into 20% vegetables and fruit (3:1) and 80% animal content.
The animal portion is then divided as follows: muscle meat 50%, tripe/omasum 20%, 15% offal and 15% raw meat bones.

Lip licking and yawning is a sign of stress, anxiety or discomfort. Look it up ❤
