    I tried all this stuff. Nothing works, the only thing that works for me is, 10 mgs melatonin and 2 benadryl at night before going to sleep,keeps me calm for 24 hours in-between i may take a couple of theanine capsules 200mgs each.

    I have tried all the bs natural crap you mentioned, except for drenamin — none of them works. The only things that worked for me are drugs, such as benzos, and probiotics.

    You talk about min-chex supplements. Do you know these supplements contain near 300% of vitamin B6? A high level of B6 is dangerous for your nervous system and could lead to paralysis symptoms. Be careful what you recommend.

    Friends, You will never have true peace without Jesus Christ as your savior. What good is having a counterfeit peace on earth, if you go to hell for all eternity?? We all have a God-shaped void, that we try to fill with counterfeits that only Jesus Christ can fill.. he wants a relationship and fellowship with us.
