Sure, you should cut off hair that sticks out from the nostrils but "shaving" nose hair with that silly nose trimmer will only make hair grow longer and thicker also if you will trimm all hair in your nose – you will end up with a very dry nose interior and infection as hair protects from bacteria and dust.
