I have a toilet roll slow feeder which my kitten loves. She figured it out within seconds and I occasionally take it out to feed her some treats. She often drags treats from the taller rolls to the lower ones so she can easily yet to them. Have made her a handmade wand and also hidden some treats in a folded up toilet roll. She loves yarn but because of the dangers I crochet a sock for the yarn ball and now it’s safe for her to play with. Also, I put crinkle plastic wrapping (from my shopping) into a sock and tie it at the top, she loves to bunnykick the heck out of the sock. Making little things for her gives me so much joy.
This was amazing! Not sure about the pipe cleaner tho… well it help but I do not recommend the pipe cleaner because it can actually cut gums
OMG… THANKS A LOT. ❤❤❤
I made a whack a cat out of a long box. I had so much fun watching my 6 kittens play in it.
Love your playful and beautiful cats ❤
Catnip?? Try valerian root!
Your cats are beautiful. What breed are they? Ages? They’re so playful.
No Foil, No Strings, No Feathers..
LOL They have never owned cats..
Thanks for sharing your experience!
Can yall check out my cat toy vid too pls, im a new creator and please tell me if theres anything i need to work on. Im open to all suggestions
Your cats are lovely!❤
I really liked the box with ping pong balls and bottle caps.
My cat Love’s the straw
My crazy cat got stuck in the puzzle box😅 found her inside box unable to get out 😂
Cats also love to suck on teabags, preferably after you’ve used them and they’re wet. They steal new dry ones if I forget to drop one for them. And a green olive makes them silly.
are these man coon cats? they are gorgeous
Lovely ideas. Thank you💛💚♥💜💙❤
don’t have most of these items? take a bouncy ball or just a small bal and wrap lots of rubberband around it untill it’s a large sturdy rubberband ball then wrap tinfoil over it and roll it around and let your cat do the rest.
Nip…. If they Breathe it, they get Wired… If they Eat it, they get Tired.. Fun facts about Cat Nip~ MIAOUW🐱😉
This was both entertaining and educational.
I had to watch the video 2 times cuz the first time i was too busy adoring the cats❤
Something I use instead of balls is walnuts that have fallen from our walnut trees. I just get the green outside off and wash the shell with the walnut inside and it makes really good balls. The cats don’t know the difference lol
ame demais cada uma das ideias, meus gatinhos vão amar
Loved all these!! We had a kitten "bloom" with two stray girlz this Spring. They are standoffish but the kittens are socializing REALLY well…but FULL of kitten energy! When it gets cold, they will be in and will need to play. I love the fact you are creating and not soending LOTS of money. Just like human kids, if you buy expensive toys, before long they will prefer the box it came in. 🤦♀️
Really love the mat!! Ive contemplated how to make that and now I have your video.🤓😇
I have been sewing much of my life and was excited to see you give it a go. Your beautiful furbabies dont care. Make no mistake, they are judging you, always, but treats help😉😅😻
Wonderful ideas! I’d worry about the foil balls being so small. Choking hazards. Making them big enough so that they can’t swallow them is the safest way.

My cats have a thing of ripping off pieces of cardboard boxes. I have small pieces all around the house.

Gorgeous cats ❤
What do you do for older cats that don’t care to play?
Peacock feather.
Also use a old selfie stick, take the phone holder part off. There will be a loop to attach the string and tie a toy on the end.
Thought, wrap , glue twin to paper towel.tube, glue to box
THANK YOU!! MY CATS ARE LOOKING AT ME LIKE THEY WALKED INTO SANTA’S WORKSHOP!! I have a cat that would never play with the migpaws ball I bought her. I took a box and put a solo cup on one corner marked around the bottom…did the same on the opposite corner and cut slits on the sides just enough they can get their paws in it. I dropped it down in there and she has gone crazy over it.
A ball of yarn is a great DIY!
I learned doubling or tripling the cardboard layers on most of the toys add a lot of durability I had one last a year with four layers of cardboard
Nice ideas, unfortunately with a lot of plastic and glue. Though they will surely be a lot of fun and relatively cheap… if cats nibble on it, it might not be healthy, I think.
Also think of supervising your pets when they play to avoid accidents. 🙏🏻
We have a Siberian Cat and all the toys seem so small for him. It’s hard to find a kicker his size. Tha ks for this awesome diy
Stop drugging your cats with catnip. That is cheating. Toys should be good enough without it.
Loved your video!! A suggestion though would be more toys involving string
Interestingly…Australian cats generally don’t respond to catnip…
I make Christmas presents for my cats and cat neighbors by using baby socks and turning them into catnip mice. One pair of infant or baby socks makes 1 mouse. Fill one sock with catnip, pull 2nd sock over it. Use strong yarn to tie the tops together tightly, leave a little yarn to make a tail. Draw eyes on the mouse and you have a fun toy they will lick and chase!
No había visto este video y permíteme que te diga que está muy bueno, me hiciste recordar los distintos usos que se puede dar a las cosas desechadas, muchas gracias y muchas felicidades por tu entrega, que es muy útil para muchos.
My cat unfortunately found out it’s easier to rip off all the cardboard puzzle bits to get to the treats than try to solve a puzzle… does anyone have tips for that?
Won’t they eat the foil?
Question: Given the amount of catnip in the sock — I followed your instructions and put in a LOT! — do you make it "always available" or do you limit access? My cat, Duchess, absolutely fell in love with the sock, and discovered the human concept of a Pillow. It gives a whole new meanting to her title, "Her High-ness." But she did seem to do a lot of sleeping (on it), over the day. Did your cats just give it a rest on their own, or do they become desensitized entirely to catnip over time? Excellent toy! 🙂
Thank you for a few ideas
After many years without a cat in the house, we were surprised by the litter scoops today that have such large holes in them. I bought some stainless steel "spiders" that are meant to scoop food from a deep fryer. They do a better job and are easy to keep clean. They leave the litter a lot cleaner too.
Sometimes they look high on catnip
